Making a Real Difference

Since 2007, South Florida Family C.A.R.E. Alliance, Inc. has helped families in Palm Beach and Broward Counties move from situational homelessness toward healing, stability and long-term self-sufficiency. Behind every family we serve is a community of donors, volunteers and partner congregations who make this work possible.

A Trauma-Informed Approach

We recognize the lasting impact that homelessness has on families, and particularly on children. Through weekly mental health counseling, ongoing assessments, meaningful referrals and bi-weekly evaluations, we provide the compassionate guidance families need to make steady progress toward a stronger future.

The Phases of C.A.R.E.

Developed in 2016 by our Executive Director, Jennifer Raymond, the phases of C.A.R.E. give families a clear structure to set goals, track progress and move steadily toward financial self-sufficiency.

Three Pathways Forward

Pathways to Prosperity supports families experiencing situational homelessness with shelter, meals, counseling and case management. Pathways to Success helps adults advance their careers through job training, continuing education and professional licensing. Pathways to Prevention helps families stay housed through short-term rental and utility assistance.

Rooted in Community

Our work is sustained by host congregations, community organizations, foundations and volunteers across Palm Beach and Broward Counties, who provide hot meals, groceries, gift cards and essential goods to the families in our care.

Join Us in Making an Impact

Every contribution, whether financial, volunteer time, or community support, plays a crucial role in building a stronger, more resilient community. If you are passionate about making a positive impact, we invite you to join us on our mission.
