OUR MISSION
What We Do
"Providing a pathway from homelessness to hope by empowering families to achieve lasting stability and self-sufficiency."

Pathways to Success
We are proud to launch the Pathways to Success Program, designed to help families advance their careers through job training, continuing education, and support with professional licensing and certification fees. This initiative is made possible through a generous grant from Impact 100 Palm Beach County, a volunteer-led women's organization dedicated to empowering local women as philanthropic leaders and funding transformational projects that create lasting impact in southern Palm Beach County.
Pathways to Prosperity
Pathways to Prosperity is a specialized initiative of the South Florida Family C.A.R.E. Alliance that supports families experiencing situational homelessness. Through this program, we provide safe, stable housing and wraparound services that help parents regain stability while keeping their children safe, supported, and in school. Families work closely with our team to build a personalized plan that addresses immediate needs and lays the foundation for long-term self-sufficiency.

Pathways to Prevention/Diversion
Our Pathways to Prevention/Diversion program helps families avoid homelessness through short-term rental or utility assistance, with payments made directly to landlords or utility providers to help families remain safely housed. In addition to financial support, families receive comprehensive case management, financial literacy education, and life skills support to strengthen long-term stability and build a path toward lasting success.
C.A.R.E.
Our approach to situational family homelessness is rooted in C.A.R.E. - Counseling, Assessment, Referrals, and Evaluation. Developed and implemented in 2014 by our Executive Director, Jennifer Raymond, this trauma-informed model provides families with compassionate, individualized support. Through weekly mental health counseling, ongoing assessments, appropriate referrals, and bi-weekly evaluations, families receive the guidance and care needed to make steady progress toward healing, stability, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Volunteer
Join South Florida Family C.A.R.E. Alliance as a volunteer and make a meaningful difference for families working toward stability. Volunteers support our programs, community outreach, events, and family-centered activities.
Outreach Services
Our outreach efforts extend beyond our core programs. In partnership with community organizations, we provide outreach services throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Our Program Manager and Advocates connect individuals and families with referrals, resources, and support, including assistance with food benefits, unemployment resources, and mental health assessments.
